Artists joining a cast will commit to the production by signing a Family Contract or by signing a Company Member contract, as well as a general name and likeness release. These contracts dictate fees and volunteer requirements toward the production. In general, Family Contracts are for those artists/families that have young dancers or do not want to commit to the entire BBT production season.
An invitation to become a Company Member is by the Director for those dancers continuing their dance studies. Company Members are designated by the Director as Apprentice, Junior or Senior members and must commit to the entire BBT production season. There are specific additional parameters for these artists, such as opportunities to complete volunteer hours over the year, fees, and conduct policies.
